Here are the details of our whey’s composition:
– Whey protein concentrate (Milk) French origin<\/strong>: this is the famous protein powder we collect from a French cooperative whose milk comes from producers who are shareholders in their own cooperative.<\/p>\n

– Sunflower lecithin:<\/strong> this is a natural emulsifier that facilitates mixing between your whey protein and your base drink (water, milk, plant milk, etc.)
We have chosen to use sunflower lecithin and not soy lecithin (because soy is an allergen and can be genetically modified).<\/p>\n
