We prefer recipes with ultra-simple, clear compositions. That’s why, unlike the recipes of other brands, Natiwé whey protein contains only 4 ingredients MAXIMUM (depending on the recipe)

Here are the details of our whey’s composition:
– Whey protein concentrate (Milk) French origin: this is the famous protein powder we collect from a French cooperative whose milk comes from producers who are shareholders in their own cooperative.

– Sunflower lecithin: this is a natural emulsifier that facilitates mixing between your whey protein and your base drink (water, milk, plant milk, etc.)
We have chosen to use sunflower lecithin and not soy lecithin (because soy is an allergen and can be genetically modified).

– Strawberry or cocoa powder: this is the most natural ingredient possible for flavouring your drinks, and we use it in our Strawberry and Chocolate recipes.

– Flavouring: natural vanilla flavouring for our Vanilla Whey Protein recipe.

– Steviol glycosides: this is stevia (a plant that naturally contains sugar), which we use for flavored recipes to add a light sweet note to our recipes, while excluding sugar that is too high in glucose.

This cooperative, in which the milk producers are shareholders, is equipped with cutting-edge technology that enables us to obtain a protein powder extracted more gently than the cheese industry.

Milk is collected daily from the cooperative’s member farms in France.

DIFFERENT MANUFACTURING METHODS

A GENTLE EXTRACTION METHOD

All Natiwé whey protein recipes are derived from cow’s milk (excluding, of course, our vegetable protein, which is derived from peas and rice).
But we don’t stop there!
Committed to offering you a CLEANer whey protein, we have chosen to source our products from a dairy cooperative whose harvested milk is dedicated exclusively to the manufacture of protein powder.

Say goodbye to proteins from the cheese industry and their numerous chemical treatments. At Natiwé, your proteins are extracted directly from the milk and then sent to our workshops in the Dordogne region of France, where we prepare your whey recipes!

Native whey protein: This is the purest form of whey available.
Milk is filtered directly to obtain the precious whey protein.
A unique and meticulous step for a most natural product!

Concentrated Whey protein: This is the most economical form of protein, yet still very natural in its extraction.
It is obtained following the coagulation of milk (created by adding rennet), which separates the casein and whey.
It is this whey that is filtered once to extract the protein.
What sets our proteins apart from those of our competitors is that they don’t come from the cheese industry, where manufacturers add salt and additives… On the contrary, we work in an ultra-short circuit where the nutritional qualities of the protein are preserved and not denatured.

Whey protein Isolate: This whey is processed in the same way as whey concentrate.
The difference lies in the double filtration of whey for isolate instead of a single filtration for concentrate. This double filtration removes fat and sugar to maximize the benefits of the protein!
