PREPARATION STAGES
- 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (Th.6)
- 2. Pour all the dry ingredients into a bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla whey and cinnamon, then mix.
- 3. In a separate bowl, mash the bananas with a fork, then beat the eggs. Add the coconut oil and mix well.
- 4. Add your two preparations together and mix vigorously.
- 5. Then add your treats: chocolate chips and dried fruit (you can leave the dried fruit whole, for extra crunch).
- 6. Oil your cake tin and pour in the mixture.
- 7. Bake for 40 minutes, checking after 30 minutes depending on your oven.
- 8. Turn out and enjoy!
