STEPS FOR PREPARING HIGH-PROTEIN PORRIDGE
- 1. Bring the milk to the boil in a saucepan and add your oats.
- 2. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3. Remove your pan from the heat and add 30g of Natiwé whey protein.
- 4. Mix until whey has completely dissolved.
- 5. Drizzle with honey.
- 6. Add some fresh seasonal fruit and almonds for an extra touch of deliciousness.
